How much is the delivery?
We deliver to all Moroccan cities for 40 MAD.
Do you deliver to All Moroccan cities?
Well, most of them. You’ll be asked to select your city from the ones we do deliver to when placing your order, or check out the complete list on Cities We Deliver To.
How long does it take for my order to get to me?
It takes 3 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. If it’s taking longer than that make sure to contact us via Whatsapp, Instagram, or email.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not yet. But follow us on social media to be the first to know when we start offering international shipping.
Do you do the delivery yourself?
No, we work with a highly rated third-party delivery company.
If I'm not home to sign for my order, what should I do?
While placing your order, you will be asked to enter the time you think you’re most likely to be home. If on the day of the delivery you were not home at time of delivery, you can let the delivery personnel know via email (they will send you a text with their email), via phone call (they will call you to make sure you’re home so make sure your phone is on and you’re reachable at all time) or via text message.
Can someone else receive my order in my place?
Sure thing! All they need is your identity card, and of course the full amount if you chose Cash At Delivery as a payment option.
Can I cancel my order?
Our processing time is 24h, so please make sure to cancel your order before that. After 24h, we would have already shipped your order to you, and we would be very sad if you refused to receive it.
Can I return an order?
We do not accept returns at the moment.
I want to stay updated on my order. How can I do that?
Make sure to contact us via Whatsapp, Instagram, or email and we’d let you know where your order at and exactly when you’ll receive it.
